Very attentive and observant friendly waitstaff providing places to keep our bags and items, offering to split the noodle dish into individual portions and to portion the fish also there were 7 of us, providing candles for our birthday cakes and serving the cakes on a plate instead of just giving us in the box and even gave us a thoughtful birthday gift, plus fast in clearing dishes and refilling drinks, and always ready to help take group photos. Recommend joining their membership for discounts and deals. Will definitely return! ”

“ This is the SS15 Courtyard branch of Putien. Housed on the 1st floor of SS15 Courtyard, it occupies a mid size shoplot and is very spacious and comfortable. Parking outside SS15 Courtyard is available and if not, you can also park inside the complex as well. The decor and ambience is very relaxing and this sets you in the right mood to eat. The food choices are varied here, with options in the different categories meat, vegetables, noodles etc so picking is made easier. The food is simply great kudos for maintaining quality and taste through all their different branches. Recommended to try their Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon, which is finer than regular bee hoon yet fluffier and firm to the bite, and comes complete with clams, seaweed, peanuts, and pork. Their Deepfried Yellow Croaker is marinated with peppercorn and sea salt for 24 hours, then deep fried till tender on the inside and crispy on the outside simply lovely. Prices are on the high side, but worth the price you pay for. The food quality, presentation and taste makes it all worthwhile. Great for family dinners and if you have a bigger party, there are private rooms on site as well. ”

I enjoy their seaweed and small shrimp, and drunken squid starters the best. Lor mee and their 2 shrimp soup in the bamboo tub are close favourites too. ”
